If the work site is located outside of Tallinn, an additional fee of 1 km = 1€ will be charged.

In the event that we are forced to leave a work vehicle in a paid parking lot (for example, in a city center zone), you will be charged based on the rate specified in that zone.

This is in case the customer did not warn in advance and did not allow access to the facility within 30 minutes after the agreed time.

Up to 50% of the total order amount is paid.

We guarantee the safety and reliability of our cleaning services and promise to compensate for property damage should it occur.

SANKOR, first of all, is a service of caring cleanliness. However, there are services that we do not provide yet (until we are sure that we will do it efficiently):

– do not wash chandeliers;

– do not wash the blinds;

— we do not move large furniture and heavy objects (with the exception of ordering cleaning by a team);

— we do not dry-clean mattresses or furniture (but we clean them with a vacuum cleaner);

– do not wipe dust on the leaves of flowers;

— we do not clean the inside of the hood (we wash only the outer part of the hood).

We always take payment at the end of the cleaning, after you have checked everything.

If there are any comments, we are ready to correct everything on the spot.

You can pay either in cash with the cleaner, or to us into the bank account of our company.
